Jihad Abdur-Rahman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dynestate, one of the fastest growing real estate investment hubs and firm.
Jihad is also the founder of J-Rah Real Estate one of the fastest growing short-term real estate and real property asset management firms in the United States. Very passionate about taking care of people, Jihad has mentored kids and continues to give back to his community more and more each year. He donates to local clubs and churches in his community in order to help transform lives.
Coming out of college Jihad played professional football for 2 years. After his stint in professional football Jihad was introduced to the technology world. During this time Jihad generated certifications in various technology frameworks focusing on project management. The frameworks were based around the Agile technology implementations. While in technology and consulting Jihad met a numerous amount of investors that were big in the real estate world.
In 2019 pre-covid Jihad started Millennial Enterprise Consulting known as J-Rah Real Estate today. One of the fastest growing
short-term real estate and real property asset management firms in the United States. He believed that it’s not about the real estate, it’s not about the deals, it’s about helping others. With this mindset Jihad has been able to save property owners from foreclosures, family situations dealing with properties, financial troubles, legacy decisions and various tough situations involving real estate.
The Dynestate Group which includes its subsidiary company has managed over $4M in real estate transactions since being established. The company continues to grow each year since being established by maximizing client’s ROI and minimizing future risk in the marketplace.
In 2024 Jihad and his partners established Dynestate, a real estate investment hub and firm. Dynestate was created to make investing easier for everyone in every community. This has always been a passion and dream that Jihad is now making a reality. He has always been very passionate about bringing real estate investing into all communities worldwide. He stated in the past that “we never knew about the opportunities growing up, it just was not in our communities and was never talked about at home”.
Dynestate allows anyone in any community to invest and not only invest but learn more specifically about diversifying real estate opportunities. This includes land, multifamily, single family, and commercial. Dynestate is and will be in every major and growing market throughout the world.
Jihad holds a BA ‘2015 with Honors in Interdisciplinary Studies from Delaware State University.
